Quiver ("we", "our", "the app") is a voice-first project management app for families. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. We use Supabase Authentication to manage accounts securely.
Project data: The quivers, arrows, and points you create are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase on AWS) and associated with your account. This data syncs across your devices.
Voice recordings: When you use the Speak feature, your voice is recorded temporarily on your device. The audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription, then the text transcript is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for intent parsing. We do not permanently store your voice recordings on our servers. Transcripts are processed in real-time and not retained after your session.
Usage data: We track voice shot usage counts for subscription management. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Your data is used solely to provide the Quiver app experience: storing your projects, parsing your voice commands, and syncing data across devices. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your project data or voice recordings to train AI models.

Apple: Subscription billing is handled through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Your project data is retained as long as your account exists. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. When you delete a quiver, arrow, or point, it moves to trash for 30 days then is permanently deleted. When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted immediately.
You can export your data, correct your information, or delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings). Account deletion removes all your data from our servers permanently.
Quiver is designed for families but is intended to be set up and managed by parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Family members added to a household are managed by the account holder.
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
