Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quiver app ("Quiver", "we", "our", "the app"). By using Quiver, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Quiver, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Quiver is a voice-first project management app designed for families. It allows users to organize projects, tasks, and sub-tasks using voice commands and manual input.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you create in Quiver (projects, tasks, notes). We do not claim ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

7. AI and Voice Features

Quiver uses third-party AI services (OpenAI for transcription, Anthropic for text processing) to power voice features. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. AI-generated suggestions (task names, sub-tasks) are provided as-is and should be reviewed by you before accepting.

8. Family and Household Features

Household features are intended for families. The account holder who creates a household is responsible for managing members and ensuring appropriate use. Children under 13 should only use Quiver under parental supervision.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Quiver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI features may occasionally produce inaccurate results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
